Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is the best in the industry, simply because we realize things happen. Below we have broke down the options, conditions and procedures for our cancellation policy.

You should have a way to cancel without costing you money, and we do as long as it is within the following terms.

Standard Cancellation Procedure:

Our cancellation terms are as follow; all fishing trips (singles, doubles and packages) should be rescheduled or canceled with verbal notification to your fishing guide or Bass Online office at (1-888-629-2277) within 48 hours of your scheduled trip date/time. Notification via text or email is not excepted.

If cancellation is NOT within the 72 hours prior to your scheduled trip, we will make all attempts to reschedule your fishing guide. If we “cannot” reschedule your reserved fishing guide before your scheduled time there will be a $100.00 non-refundable charge to your credit card used at the time of reservation.

Weather Conditions Cancellations:

Weather delays are possible and various safety factors can adversely affect schedules, trips and itineraries. If such delays or cancellations do occur, Bass Online, Inc. will try to accommodate you with another activity or location if at all possible. We will also make every effort to reschedule your fishing trip if at all possible. If a trip cannot be taken for weather related reasons, we will use the following policy.

You will be responsible for costs incurred for additional lodging or personal expenses due to weather delays or other uncontrollable events. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance if this concerns you.
We do offer 100% refund on any deposit for charters cancelled due to weather if cancelled with this procedure! (If a charter is cancelled due to weather, we will try to reschedule if possible or you will be refunded or canceled with no charge.)

Weather cancellation procedure: All trips canceled due to bad weather is the responsibility of the customer to notify their scheduled fishing guide or the Bass Online office between (8am – 8pm) of cancellation. Customer must notify fishing guide or Bass Online office (888-629-2277) 24 hours in advance to cancel. If no verbal contact is made, customer must show at scheduled meeting location to cancel fishing trip in person with fishing guide.

If all requirements and communication are made, there is no cancellation fee for bad weather.

If weather condition policy is not followed as stated above, there is a $100.00 nonrefundable cancellation fee that will be charged to your credit card holding the reservation.

Package Fishing Trip Cancellations:

Any package (style) fishing trips which include accommodations in reservation should be canceled 72 hours in advance. There’s a penalty charge of one night stay for violation of accommodation policy.

No Show Policy:

“No show” is defined as a customer that does not meet above requirements and has no communication notification with fishing guide or Bass Online, Inc main office. In short, simply fails to show at designated location set at time of reservation and verified on itinerary.

All “no show” customers will be charged $150.00 dollars to cover cost of guide, gas, reservationist, etc. upon start date/time of scheduled date to credit card on file. We do offer the possibility to reschedule the charter for another day if space available, this determined by Bass Online, Inc office staff only.

Bass Online, Inc will not assume any responsibility nor shall it be liable for any loss, cancellation, costs, delays, accidents, sickness, injury or damage to person or property, or damage, loss or theft of baggage and personal effects arising from or in connection with any of its services Bass Online, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or alter an itinerary, charter, tour, or cruise as conditions require.
